Located on 19 acres overlooking scenic Mount Hope Bay, the Clifton Healthcare Campus represents the next generation of health delivery service. Family owned and operated, the Clifton organization has over 60 years of experience providing the highest quality of healthcare services to your community, which is also our community.
Our campus provides a range of complementary services, including the Medicare-certified Clifton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, which has received the Gold Seal of approval by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations; The “Inn” at Clifton, one of southeastern New England’s finest assisted living communities; and the Clifton Outpatient Rehabilitation & Nursing Clinic, which offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services by our team of leading clinicians.

The Joint Commission is governed by a21-member Board of Commissioners that includes physicians, administrators, nurses, employers, quality experts, a consumer advocate and educators. They have accredited and certified more than 22,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States, including hospitals and health care organizations that provide ambulatory and office-based surgery, behavioral health, home health care, laboratory and nursing care center services. Accreditation and certification require an on-site evaluation by the Joint Commission. The evaluation assesses compliance with the Joint Commission standards and verifies improvement activities. After earning accreditation or certification, health care organizations receive The Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission. After rigorous evaluation by the Joint Commission, we are proud to announce Clifton Healthcare Campus has The Gold Seal of Approval.

Kudos!!!🌿🌸🌿 I cannot tell you how wonderful the Nurses at Clifton Campus Rehabilitation Nursing Center are, but it would be remiss not to mention how fantastic ALL the Administrators and staff are! I have never seen such an exemplary facility (and sadly, I’ve seen my share of many). The place works likes a fine tuned watch. Never before have have I have the the pleasure of seeing residents so happy, dressed up, walking (sometimes racing their walkers chuckling through the halls). The place offers so much, and everyone, Administrators /Physical Therapists/ Nurses/Front Desk/Food Services/Cleaning Crew/Salon Services, I could go on and on. The entire staff at Clifton is absolutely amazing, and the fabulous progress, and wonderful dispositions of their Clients, speaks volumes. Our family was lucky enough to have our Mother get into Clifton, and she never got better care than she did there. I will be forever grateful to Clifton and to their absolutely amazing staff! I pray your family needs to put a loved one in a Rehabilitation Facility, however, if you must, Clifton Rehabilitation Campus in Sommerset is where you want your loved to be. This weekend began with a successful family Easter egg hunt. The kids colored eggs, decorated cookies, played games and enjoyed pizza, sandwiches and more.
